Day 5: Was there a time you thought about ending your own life?

I really am not a fan of this question. If I were to say no, I would be lying to you. I am not going to go into detail about these times. They happened... it is in the past and we are moving on. I do know my action were selfish, and I do thank God that I am still here today. I know I hurt a lot of people with my actions, and I am thankful for the people I have in my life that were there for me. Nothing is ever bad enough that you need to end your life, and hurt your friends and family in the process.

Day 4 - Views On Religion

What a touchy subject with a lot of people. I am extremely open minded. I value your opinions, and honestly can't tell you if they are right or wrong... who really knows.

I believe in God... a higher power of some sort. I was raised in a very open minded Seventh Day Adventist. My parents taught us about the religion, which is just straight from the Bible, and they believe Sabbath is on Saturdays. One thing I loved about it was that they let us decide for ourselves. Mathew and I both attended several different churches in our youth. Exploring the options, and making our own opinions on things. I think this is a good way to parent, and a good way to teach your children.

Day 3 - My view on alcohol and drugs.

I won't be shy, I drink. I am not an alcoholic, nor to I drink on a regular basis. But I do occasionally enjoy a nice drink, or four. I'm young, and yes, I on these rare occasions drink more then I should; I honestly don't find much wrong with it. I believe if I can not let it effect my daily life, can continue to be a functioning member of the adult world, and know when it is unacceptable and okay to be drinking, then I think it's fine. It has never effected my relationships with people, my financially responsibilities, my job, or my overall health. If you can separate these things in your drinking... then I think each to his own.

Day 2 - Where I'd Like To Be In 10 Years

Ten years seems so far away... but then again it feels like only yesterday I was 15; which was almost 10 years ago!

In ten years I will be almost 34. I plan on being still happily married, have a few kids, and established in my career. I have always wanted to run my own buiness, event planning, and catering. I know this really is a very distant, hard reality, but I do plan on doing it on the side when and where I can. I hope to be financially stable, I am not asking to be rich, just comfortable.

Awe... life, back to "normal"

So it's over. The dress has been worn, tears have been cried, something was borrowed, old, new and blue, a father gave a daughter away, a groom kissed his bride, the cake was cut, the dance floor was danced on, the food was eaten, and when all was said and done I was married to my high school sweetheart, next to my best friends, and wonderful family.

Life... back to "normal". Nothing to plan, or get ready for. It's a very bittersweet feeling.

Thank you to everyone who put in hard work, and long hours to make this happen. I appreciate it more then you will ever know. Everything turned out beautiful. Thank you to Caitlin, my maid of honor for the amazing work you did, and for helping keep everything organized the day of. I really could not have done it without you.
